A new restaurant at Le Domaine de L’Orangeraie on La Digue Island has opened for business recently– named Le Combava , this fully à la carte restaurant is located on the upper deck of the all day dining area.
Le Combava, is an exquisitely designed roof terrace lounge overlooking the ocean and the island of Praslin. Le Cambava uses only the finest locally sourced ingredients where ever possible to present an upbeat and sophisticated culinary experience.
Red tuna and sea scallops carpaccio, crunchy vegetable julienne and raisin oil dressing; Stir‐fried foie gras, tropical fruit salsa and port wine reduction; Roasted lobster tail with butter and dill, jus with ginger oil served with mushroom risotto; followed by Caramelized pears and fromage blanc mousse mille feuille with cinnamon ice cream.
