Before your Arrival
We promise to explore with you your Seychelles Holiday dreams, to establish what memories you would most like to return home with from your adventure to the Seychelles Islands. Our aim is to ensure the accommodation that you choose really does match your needs and will make your dream come true.
We go to great lengths to inspect our hotels locations, their facilities and their quality to ensure that they meet our own personal standards. When we are happy with a property we pre book a number of rooms throughout the year that are available ONLY to us!
So when a hotel or other agency tells you they have “no vacancy” – what they mean is that they have none to offer you – but – we probably do!
Planning your Time
With our comprehensive Event Calendar we ensure that you time your visit to combine or to coincide with the best of what’s going on in Seychelles – whether it’s the Annual Diving Festival, Seychelles Marathon or a more leisurely – Festival Tia Chi & Wellbeing.
From questions like “What kind of plugs do I need” to “Is the water safe to drink” to all the issues connected with money and currencies. Its all incorporated in our complimentary “Seychelles Travel Tips” ebrochure to ensure a stress free holiday.
Arrival, Meet and Greet
You will be met & greeted on your arrival at Seychelles International Airport by a member of our Seychelles based team and generally assisted; you will be briefed on your itinerary & presented with any welcome documents.
During Your Stay
24/7 Customer Care
You will be given a free Emergency Telephone Assistance for use should any matters, emergency or otherwise, arise which will be dealt with by our locally based teams.
In-Destination Representation & Customer Care
Subsequently one of our experienced Customer Care representatives will visit you during your stay (on the 3 main islands) and offer any assistance that you might need with regard to local attractions and excursions as well as generally maintaining contact with you throughout your stay.
Our Customer Care representatives will also take details of your international departure flight tickets and have them re confirmed on your behalf.
Our Customer Care representative will be on hand at the time of your International Departure to guide you through your departure and assist with any arising issues.

For reservations of 6 nights or less a reservation fee of 25 euro is payable. This fee is addition to the cost of your accommodation.
